We now have an easy way for you to sign up to help with Weekend Setup, Food Palanca, Serenade, Clausura Setup and Weekend Takedown. Just click on the underlined Activity name in blue in the table below that you are interested in helping with and you will be taken to SignUp Genius with more instructions on how to sign up.

Wednesday, April 28

3:00 pm – Setup, Palanca and Food drop off

Thursday, April 29

6:00-6:45 pm – Participants Arrive

Friday, April 30

Saturday, May 1

12:40 pm – Arrive for Serenade

1:10 pm – Serenade

Sunday, May 2

6:00 am – Arrive for Wakeup

6:30 am – Wakeup

2:30 pm – Setup for Clausura, begin takedown in Chapel, Rollo Rm & Living Rm

3:30 pm – Clausura begins
